- KSKaryme SantillanNov 24, 20251.0Went to return some products and the girls behind the counter gave me and my mother awkward stares, we weren’t aware you can’t return online products to a kohls sephora, and they let us know we couldn’t if it was bought at a stand alone sephora and i guess not online products either. kinda silly to me but i know there’s nothing they can do about that , what upset me though was the tone of voice they were using and they were pretty unhelpful and didn’t do much to assist us or solve our issue.

He said darker tones looked better because of my race (hispanic) there was no need for that comment.. when checking out he said something in between the lines of “let me go wash my hands I’m disgusted.”
