- LBLeslie BurfordMar 4, 20261.0I live 30 minutes from the business. I was not able to check in until 9:00 A.M. I left the house and got there at 8:55 A.M. five people were already waiting outside. AGAIN, I could not check in before 9 A.M. A customer came in right behind us and they called them first because they checked in. That is completely unfair. I got there early so I would not have to wait long and ended up waiting 39 min. Bad business policy, customers in line at the door should be served first, not our fault you do not open the sign up until 9 A. M. It is simply cutting in line.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
