- FBFelicia BartonOct 17, 20251.0Just left there from getting my son's haircut we even waited 20 minutes so we can have the lady that cut his hair last time because she did a really great job I have never written a Google review before positive or negative but I just had to come on here and voice my opinionI do not recommend going there the hardest part is having to send him to school like that he's so upset about it I told him I would take him somewhere else to fix it but he doesn't want to go any shorter it's not even blended in at all and his bangs look like Jim Carrey from liar liar if I can upload a picture you would probably think it's a joke right now my son is bawling his eyes out scared to go to school cuz he doesn't want to get picked on scared to cut it any shorter because he doesn't want to get picked on if anybody has any solutions I'm all ears

Every time I walk in, the employees always know what hairstyle I want and how short I want my haircut to be. The shampoo and conditioners are amazing on my hair, i do not buy the products from the store because to me they are cheap and will cause problems for your hair. I give this place 5 stars for such great work they do here.

No problem. I’m watching the screen for the wait time- 11 minutes. I’m wondering if someone is going to check in online and get ahead of me. At 5 minutes, another man walks in. She tells him the same thing. At 1 minute, she signs him in ahead of me and tells him to go to her chair. I was the only customer waiting for more than 7 minutes, and I’ve been there a lot. When she asked for my name, I gave it, stood up and walked out. My review on this place went from 5 stars to 1 star. I’m even a good tipper. I bring my two sons here. She straight up skipped over me. I went to Sports Clips around the corner. I’ll never go back to this Great Clips again. Three loyal customers gone.
- MMM.B.CAug 11, 20251.0Don't go here thinking you can get a good haircut when I showed them a picture for my kid and said I want this they told me they're not a barber shop which is kind of of ironic since this is a barber shop I mean if you're not a barber shop then you shouldn't be cutting hair then when they were done I had to make them cut the top of my kids hair because they just didn't cut it I don't what these people's problem is but I wouldn't go there
