She scouted out products for me, looked in the back for more stock and generally made herself my own personal shopping assistant. I hope she’s working the next time I stop!!!

She was so knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Rose definitely went above and beyond. I’ll be coming back just because of her! Highly recommend asking for her if you visit the outlets at Allen!

Not only did she suggest some really good products, but she also took the extra effort to check in the back for items that weren’t available on the aisle. Her patience, knowledge, and willingness to help made my entire shopping experienc very smooth and enjoyable On top of that, the deals were excellent, which made it even better.
