    Horrible service today. Not only did I call ahead and ask if they had an item in stock. The manager told me they had 5 in stock. This was at night on 02-16-2026. We drove to this location and my son who wanted this went in with my wife to be told they can't get it due to inventory. They walked out disappointed. I called and spoke to this rude manager who basically said to bad thats the rules. I than asked for corporates number and she said look online. She had the audacity to ask me if we knew what inventory meant. I want a full complaint to be done on this lady and investigated for her racial profiling. This is uncalled for and so unprofessional.

    My disappointment regarding my recent experience with your service and the product I purchased. Upon receiving the item, I was concerned to find that it appeared to be previously used, despite being sold as new. This was not communicated at the time of purchase, and it does not meet the standard of quality I expected. Additionally, I was disappointed by the level of customer service provided. I felt that there was inconsistency in how customers were treated, particularly regarding size, color selection, and overall presentation. Every customer deserves to be treated with professionalism, fairness, and respect, regardless of their size, appearance, or choice of clothing. I value businesses that uphold high standards of integrity and inclusivity. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future. I look forward to your response and a satisfactory resolution.

    My wife and I absolutely loved Hailey! Extremely helpful and welcoming. They were able to match my wife’s skin tone which can be challenging sometimes. Hailey knew exactly what my wife was looking for and knew the brand that would be the best fit. Thank you again!!!

    Ruth was the SWEETEST. She helped me even though she was busy and no one else would help. My checkout was also complicated but she did not care and was so helpful!!!
