  I had an excellent experience at Prime IV Hydration. From start to finish, the team was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to answer every question I had and made me feel like I had their full, individual attention throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated the level of care and professionalism they demonstrated. The IVs and injections were administered skillfully and comfortably, and the overall process was smooth and reassuring. This was a five-star experience all the way. I will absolutely be returning and will gladly recommend Prime IV Hydration to others. Highly impressed.

  I had the best experience. Bringing my 3-year-old with me could have been stressful, but they were so understanding and helpful. Their professionalism and the peaceful atmosphere made it truly wonderful.

  Didn’t make a difference. They using some china stuff. My usual place couldn’t take my sooner so I tired this place. No difference. The place I go I feel install hydrated. Sorry ladies it’s looks pushy but not worth it

  Exceptional Care & Comfort at Prime IV Allen I had an amazing experience at Prime IV Hydration & Wellness and cannot say enough great things about Registered Nurses Sherri Kerr and Halie Bell. I’m someone who does not have easy veins, and both Sherri and Halie were incredibly patient, skilled, and reassuring. They were able to successfully get my IV started and get me hydrated without stress, making the entire process feel calm and comfortable. Beyond their clinical expertise, the whole experience felt like true wellness care. The facility was spotless and beautifully maintained. The massage chair, warm eye pack, relaxing music, and thoughtful touches like Gatorade, water, and healthy snacks afterward were the icing on the cake. From start to finish, I felt cared for, respected, and completely at ease. I left feeling so good in my body — refreshed, restored, and genuinely grateful for the experience. If you’re looking for professionalism, comfort, and nurses who truly care, I highly recommend Prime IV Allen and this amazing team. I’ll definitely be back!
