Upon walking in, I was never greeted by the 4 employees I could see nor was I asked if I needed any help. I ended up asking the guy and girl who were stocking the clearance section for some help and the guy rolled his eyes and said "yes?" I asked if they still had Darphin and he took me to a section that had 3-4 items and walked off. Strange. I stopped by this location about two years ago and I remember a similar experience but brushed it off as there was a few people buying so much stock I assumed they were busy loading their car for them. Ended up ordering from the Darphin website after this experience.

From the moment I walked in, he was so sweet, patient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, offering great product recommendations without ever making me feel rushed. His friendly and courteous nature really made my shopping experience stand out. It’s rare to come across such great customer service Quan made the entire visit feel enjoyable, and I truly appreciated his kindness!

I took lauder product and it gave me bad allergies so be careful even though it’s cheap some of the products are not worth spending money on. Happy to share all receipts. I used to buy often, with multiple bad experiences i have stopped shopping here.
