She helped me swatch so many lipsticks to find the shade we saw on the models in the store. She also helped my sister find the perfect match for the foundation she will be wearing to graduation. - MTMy TranSep 20, 20252.0I went in to return my foundation and purchase another shade. It went "eh". This was when it just opened in the morning on a Wednesday, so there were only 2 employees. Not very many customers present, and none that were being helped, so the 2 employees were not tied up at all. Customer sevice that was warm and genuine were lacking this time. When I had a question, I went to the nearest "beauty expert" but she directed me to the other side of the store to ask the first lady that I encountered. When asked questions about the product, it was very short and NON-informative. I went to the front counter when I was ready to check out, but the same lady that couldn't help me the first time, directed me again to get checked out with the initial lady who was on the other side of the store. Why was she there then?? Usually, the beauty experts are very nice, accomodating, knowledgeable. This is the worst experience I've had at a Sephora. Felt like a ping pong ball getting bounced back and forth, and a burden to them for being a customer. I only bought something because I needed it immediately. Otherwise, I would have left. Maybe don't come in the opening hours on a weekday if you want more qualified, friendly customer service.
