During my past trips I found the team extremely helpful but now it was a cold experience throughout the shopping and checkout. Very disappointed Has something changed with the staffing model and training?

The lady with blonde hair Alexis was not helpful and didn’t even greet me when I walked in just looked up and down and looked away when I needed help. I’d not recommend this location to anyone. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this specific Sephora. They really need to look into their employee and the culture at this store because last time when I had an issue with Nelly they told me they strive to provide the best customer service but that person still works there without any correction to their behavior.

She was rude cut me off while I was speaking and waved her hand at me I am Sephora credit card holder and biy alot of stuff here I will never return to this store she treated me did talked to me like a 2 year old child please do better with management. This treatment is not ok ! If anyone acknowledges this review I would love to to chat about my experience
- DDDiugaOct 14, 20251.0The store does its maintenance very early in the morning (7am) or late at night (after 10pm), which is very disturbing to people who live around the shopping district. This is simply inconsiderate and outrageous. Please be considerate to your neighbors and choose some time when everyone's awake. If you're asking why I'm writing this review at 8 in the morning, it's because I've been awake for at least an hour because of your noise 👎
