The moment we walk in, we were asked in the worst tone whether we had an appointment. We answered politely that we did and we were second in line. One of the stylist (Kodi) finished with his client and saw that the person in front of us had not arrived for his appointment, so instead of taking us, he decided to ask questions until the first person could arrive. He smiled relieved and quickly took him so wouldn't have to take us. We were still patient and decided to just wait until the other stylist was done. Lane, the other stylist finished her client, then came to the counter and asked is the appointment for him( my child) and proceeds to say "if he moves i can't take him". Still politely I stated that he moves a little but he will stay still if I give him my phone. To which she responded, " well. If he moves i can not take him." Now that is when my husband decided to step in and say. He is a child and we have been customers of great clips for years. Every great clips, other than this one, cut his hair just fine. To which she responded, well I dont think I can cut kids hair and walked to the back of the salon with no other words. We canceled our appointment right then and there. We have never been treated like this in any other great clips, and since my child was 1 years old we have been going there. This location felt extremely disgusting in behavior and practices.
