  Janae was absolutely phenomenal!!! She finger coiled our daughter’s hair because she wanted to wear her natural curls to prom but she’s been doing a lot of slick backs so she needed help bringing her curls back out. We are so thrilled!!! Can’t wait to bring her back to help get her curls healthy and bouncing again. Thank you so much Janae!!!

  Lei was my hairstylist today. When I sat in the chair to get my hair washed Lei asked me to sit up and she pulled me by my hair to sit up. She was extreme rough and left with my scalp hurting. The next issue is that booking prices online do not match what is in store. I booked online for $25.00 just a haircut and wash. When I was going to pay she said its $40. When I told her what the price is online she caught an attitude. The pricing isnt her fault but the way she reacted made me want to drag her across the counter. They eventually honored the $25 when a manager showed up and i had proof of the price online. But If it wasn't for my hairstylist Grace working here then I wouldn't come back

  2 appointments in a row where I fell off the books or couldn't been seen at my scheduled time. I live out of town, about a 35-40 min drive. Not sure what's going on lately. Maybe an email or text for cancelations or rescheduling would save an unnecessary trip for us out of town customers.

  Great! I was in desperate need of a cut before attending a family reunion. I walked in and was styled by Ty'Janae. She was excellent! Listened, checked with me and did a fantastic job at a great price! Definitely will continue to be a client and will bring my daughter to her as well!
