I later found out she is one of the managers Melissa. She cut so much off the layers, about 4-5 inches. I even asked her why it looked like she was taking so much off. She said it was just the layers, and "I know what one inch is." I thought I could trust her as she seemed to have the experience. I didn't know how bad it was until I got home, washed and dried it. My hair that was usually full and thick looks and feels thin and shaggy. The layers are not even the same length on both sides. The front is so short. It is going to take over a year to grow it back out. I'm so upset and sad about how my hair looks. If she has the experience and skills, why would she intentionally do this to my hair? My first visit, Fasha helped me, and she did a good job. The 2nd visit a nice newer stylist helped me. She did ok with the haircut, but I did not like the shampoo. Everyone seemed courteous, but this haircut is so bad I felt I had to leave a review. I already called the store to share this feedback, but Fasha was not there. I hope the owner will address this.
