When we arrived, the staff asked if we had checked in online and we told them we hadn’t and it was our first time visiting. The woman at the counter was very kind as we set up a profile for our daughter, and she mentioned it would be about a 30-minute wait. We didn’t mind, but it wasn’t even 15 minutes before they were calling her name! Talk about quick! And then, the stylist who was cutting my daughter’s hair, a dark haired woman whose name we didn’t get, was so sweet and gentle with our little one. She gave her a great clip, pun intended, and we were happily on our way. I can’t speak for everyone, but as for me and mine, we will definitely be coming back next time the kiddos need a cut.
