Then the next person doesn't understand the notes from the previous person and they re update the notes in their own understanding of how our haircuts should go and again we'll get terrible haircuts. Unfortunately, they're the closest shop to us when we're short on time, but it's very obvious we're way overdue for going somewhere else. 😑 P.S. The only good barbers/stylists here are Nick and Lucy. They're both great!
