  I want to start off my saying when I left I thought I looked okay, shorter than I wanted but okay. (She curled it to hide what she did) When I get home and styled it how I wanted or expected I couldn't believe how messed up my hair was. Not only was it way too short but it's not even or all the same length!!! I have my brother's wedding to go to in 2 days and I never felt so unattractive. I'm crying. I can't even get it fixed because it already way shorter than I expected or asked! I just moved here less than a month ago and my home town JCPENNEY never ruined and I mean Ruined my hair!!! It's so flat and she didn't even try and feather out the bottom... It's a blunt cut!! I cried and it's going to take me years to grow it out again. My hair is ruined for months to come. The least they could do is give me my money back. It looks like she just chopped it off with a weed eater... I can't wear it all down because it's so uneven and ruined. God I don't even want to know what the back looks like.. I'm so upset. The new hair dressers was nice but absolutely not ever going back. She needs to find a new profession. This is horrible!! Save your money and see a real hair dresser. Again, I have a weeding I'm IN... In 2 days! ;( If the manger can't even go through these comments and reach out to people... That should tell you enough. This is ridiculous.

  I will never go here or even recommend to anyone. For years, I've kept the same look. Afraid to try anything different out of fear of my hair getting messed up. Then I decided to take a leap and go for it. All I wanted was curtain bangs to go with my already long layered hair, even showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. She asked a hundred questions about how the hair was cut and everything else. Not only did she cut them way too short, but kept trying to curl them and straighten them to convince me it'll be better if I did this or that. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow back out to get if fixed.

  Had an appointment at 3:30. Guess they double booked. The stylist looked at me and said well I am going to cut her hair first. The nice thing would be to ask if I minded. 30 minutes later she was still working on the other customers hair and by the time she got started and processed my hair it would have been way past closing. I will continue using the Murfreesboro location. Worst part is it is now 4pm and I have a meeting tomorrow and there is no where else open to get my hair done.
