  I am not happy at all. First greater by a nice young lady I was looking for a man cologne and a woman’s perfume. I was sold two men’s cologne arguing with them that I wanted a woman’s it was like she didn’t understand me . Then I was convinced to do the 40 percent off kohls cards and was approved but then they told me I wasn’t allowed to use the 40 percent off on the cologne or perfume but was allowed to use the 20 when in fact I had a 25 percent off. What people don’t understand is that was points off my credit score for nothing when I already had 20 percent off it was useless . I called corporate to complain they sent me another 40 percent off coupling to use in two days . What am I going to do with that when unless I find a kohls that sell perfume instead of Sephora . I was researching the perfume I purchased and it was for men not a woman . Now I’m left to find another kohls and make a return and it’s a little hard when you drive a 18 wheeler . I should return it all and by some were else but I will return the one and get the one I wanted .

  I came in needing a foundation match and everyone was quick to greet me and ask what they can do. In and out in 35 minutes. Great customer service.

  My first experience in Sephora was unfortunately really off-putting and it will likely be my last. As someone who hasn't worn makeup in a long time, I didn't know which brand, color, or type I needed. I drove 45 minutes to my closest store, excited to find the perfect foundation. I was greeted by a very stressed employee. I explained my situation and she acted like I was an inconvenience. I told her I wanted a new foundation that wasn't heavy. She replied with "so you don't want a foundation, you want a tinted moisturizer". I'm sure her intention was not to make me feel stupid, but she did. She explained she was the only person there today, so I understand she couldn't give me her full attention. However, I did come because I needed help. After a quick color match swatch, I noticed she had other clients waiting to check out. I asked if I could try on some makeup while she helped them, and she said "that's why they are here" and left. Once everyone else left, she never asked if I needed any more help and after about 5 minutes she left and never returned. I went to Ulta and had the best experience with a very kind lady who actually cared and helped me so much.
