Im a very simple cut and normally always remind them to box my side burns. I assume its on my profile, but the 1 time i dont ask them to she does some kinda slanted buzz over my ear. I was horrified. I asked her 2 box them and she said oh ok. I get my hair cut every 4 weeks so i wld think a good beautician wld b able to really tell how i wear my side burns but im no beautician so i wouldnt know i guess thats why i normally tell them. This particular location has only 2 people from now on that i will allow to cut my hair so ill b doin a CALL ahead since i cant request a particular person with online service. Maybe that would be a nice add on with the online service. Other than that its a great facility
