- JMJanet Moore6 days ago1.0Worse customer service I have ever seen. Put my name on list at 11:25 am I was told it would be 30 or 40 minutes. I agreed. They said we will let you know by phone or message. Never received a call or message. I came back at noon. Waited another hour!!!!! Watched several people come and go. Finally my name was called left at 1:30 pm. No apologies or why the wait. All I got was a trim of the same cut I had. About 10 minutes!!!! Not happy, just wanted to get out of there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT SALON AGAIN!!!!! If there was a zero for customer service this salon would diffently get one.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
