After reading the stellar reviews about Robin, I first called to see if she was still working there, which she was/is. Then when I went in, I asked for her, and she looked up at me with a smirk. I knew in that moment it was going to be great. Best experience ever. Robin is the manager. She runs a tight ship. But it feels like a very fun environment. She was fun, they were fun, the music was fun, and she listened to everything I wanted. I went from having curly hair, down to the middle of my back, to a much shorter cuter cut with bangs. I know, I know! Bangs?! What is my crisis? Who hurt me? Actually I just wanted something fun and bubbly. She delivered. This was by far one of the best experiences getting my haircut. I have paid hundreds of dollars in salons. Why would I ever do that to myself again? Robin is amazing. But I guarantee all the other people are too. Five stars for sure. I'd give more if I could.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
