  Carlos did an amazing job on my son’s haircut! The fade was super clean and precise—exactly what we wanted. He was also very friendly and made my son feel comfortable the whole time. Great customer service all around. Highly recommend Carlos for men’s and boys’ haircuts.

  Run away! The first haircut was decent, but that stylist was filling in from Hendersonville or somewhere. Went there again to get my son‘s haircut and they completely ruined it. I mean, I am embarrassed to share his before and after pictures.

  Went for the cheap deal they had as a grand opening as I get tired of cutting my kids hair. The the one lady was extremely impatient with my five year old, who at the last barber shop was was making the staff laugh, loved him, and wanted him to come back, where at this location, he left in tears. Her thinning scissors must be old as they were pulling his hair, and with her added lack of patience had her using them improperly and didn't create a good atmosphere for a young child, who has only been to a hair cutting place a few times in his short life. I actually felt bad as a parent for bringing him in as he sat there crying as we waited for his brother to wrap up. The second lady did a decent job with the fade on my second son. She was very nice, but cut my kids bangs off, close to the top of his forehead. She was honestly upset about it and very sweet, and apologized. I'll just cut my kids hair from now on, not worth the $14 deal which ended up in trauma.
