One side is going to come out shorter than the other. Leaving it hacked in the end. Disappointment is, I feel they can document it in my file. I've been going to great clips for years. I usually cut it here and there when I get home. I leave with the opinion it will grow back. My issue is, they should document it in my file, as they have documented what clipping # it should be clipped. Doesn't seem to take pride in their clips

- MSMicheal StimsonSep 28, 20251.0Other than the poor pricing this location they tried to claim our child had lice when we went in and embarrassed our kid when it was just hair spray id advise to use a different location because if the people can't tell the difference between hairspray and lice then they shouldn't be working with hair definitely 1 star especially when last time we came in they messed up our hair and charged extra anyways, it was funny we even checked at our kids doctors office up the street and were advised it was just hair spray, my fiance is also a cosmetologist and would never bring our child with lice in, schooling for cosmetology teaches you the difference between residue hairspray and lice definitely doesn't seem like they know what they are doing at this location
