Would not let me redeem my cologne coupon that was completely valid, and made me feel completely stupid and laughed at me. Coupon used at another Sephora no problem. Had a horrific attitude as soon as I mentioned I had a coupon. Horrible customer service, almost as if she didn’t want to help because of skin color. Absolutely ridiculous. New manager needed asap. Will not be coming back
