  I truly hate to leave bad reviews, but damn. I walk in half an hour ago and I tell them I just want my sides shaved, a 0 (zero) is what I want, no fade needed. The stylist then tells me that a 1 is better for fading and proceeds to do whatever she likes and only shaves me halfway up and fades it in like I explicitly asked her not to do. As I am clearly upset, she asks me, and I tell her I was expecting a lot more hair removed. She states that she can take more off - lets be clear, if you can't follow simple instructions from the start I 100% don't trust you to then go back and actually give me what I asked for. I'll pay the $21 dollars for a side shave and go anywhere else to get this shit fixed. Like this was 7 minutes of her rubbing right above my ear with a shaver, for the full $21 haircut price. Absolutely outstanding, please just continue to give whatever haircuts you like and get people to leave good reviews because you're nice. They do have good customer service otherwise, cant complain about anything else. Clean facility, they don't make you wait, you just play roulette with what you get based on what's easier for them to cut. I apologize, and credit where it is due, but now I've got to double charge for a haircut for someone being lazy.

  The young lady there did a bang up job on cutting my hair, lots better than the one cutting my hair on the last visit at that location which told me after cutting it too short, “oh, it will grow back”. That’s when I started going to the one on Hwy 100 until she showed up there and then did the same thing and told me the same thing when she cut it too short at that location. So Hwy 70 location, I am back and the young lady that cut it correctly this time and the first time, almost as if she envisioned it the way that I described that I wanted it that way. Excellent job!!

  The hair cutter did a great job. I still think you should have a discounted price for simple buzz cuts. No styling necessary. Takes about 5 minutes at the most.

  I go to Great Clips every 3-4 weeks for a hair cut. The lady cutting my hair had only worked there for about a week. She was nervous and I tried to make it better by telling her my grandfather was a barber for 62 years of his life. When she finished she had one of the more experienced stylist look my haircut over and gave her approval. When I got home and was looking in the mirror I realized she had probably done the best job with my haircut in over 20 years. I’m not good at remembering names but she did a great job.
