  I went with my daughter for two haircuts my daughter straight across, which was OK I want layers from start to finish I felt unwelcome. I sat down on the chair and it felt like that. She did not want to do my hair. It was the worst experience of my life to go into any salon and feel I’m not welcome. I did not say anything while she was styling my hair because I was afraid before she destroyed me when she was finished, I asked her did you not like doing my hair because she was putting on faces like I was a hassle moving my head up down like I was a child and then she said how much do you want to cut off your hair? I said I think maybe an inch what do you take? then she said, do you want an inch or not? I felt like saying you are the stylist I’m asking your opinion.never see me in ther agan. And my hair is not even cut right have to go sum Wher els to get it fixed

  Super friendly staff ever for a first-timer to Great Clips. They do it quicker than some other local barbers I've been to.

  I have never left a hair appointment crying before, but this time, I did. I want to start off by saying I don’t mean any negativity towards the other stylists at this location. The woman who did my hair’s name started with a C. I don’t remember her name. To start off, I checked in online about 15 minutes before I got there. I arrived when my app said I had 5 minutes left to wait. A woman walked in after me as a walk in, and she took her before me even though I checked in on the app and I heard the woman confirm that she did not check in on the app. I asked for curtain bangs, layers, and a trim. She did not comb my hair out or wet it. She cut my hair tangled and dry. The stylist then decides to try a TikTok technique to cut my bangs without my consent. This resulted in her cutting my bangs way too short. She then dismissed me from her chair after maybe 8 minutes in total and without cutting layers or a trim. Once I saw what she did, I was anxious to get out of her chair without the rest of my service. I went to Great Clips because I needed a haircut on a budget, but I have never had a “professional” try and unprofessional technique on my hair before. I am now saving my money to go get my haircut at a real salon for them to fix my hair that I hate. I know the price is intriguing, but if you’re on the fence about going to a discount salon, or going to a high dollar one. Save your money and pay the real professionals. It’s not worth the heartache of hating your hair when you walk out of the shop. I will never go back to another location.
