  Scheduled week in advance for my wife and I. Received a call 3 hours before that one therapist was no longer available and no other therapist were available to do our 80 min massage. Unfortunately we had to cancel as we were in town for the day only. No charge and enhancement and reschedule was offered but the planned day was ruined for us and it was going to be our first experience.

  I hate to leave a bad review ever. The people there are lovely, but that was a completely pointless waste of $150. I booked deep tissue and had to ask twice in the session for more pressure (kind of stressful to have to ask multiple times) and each time there was hardly any pressure. It was low-medium pressure at best. Again, people are very nice but I will not be returning. Would love to get my money back.

  ⸻ I cannot say enough amazing things about this experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed and taken care of. The atmosphere was calming, clean, and welcoming, and the massage itself was absolutely incredible. Every bit of tension I walked in with was gone by the time I left. The pressure was perfect, they really listened to what I needed, and you can tell they truly care about what they do. It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. If you’re thinking about booking — do it. You won’t regret it. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
