- EFEricka FizerDec 7, 20251.0You know, I really wanted to love this place. The customer service was amazing. I got 2 piercings and changed 3 of my old earrings out that i had previously. Got my son a piercing as well. Spent about 400.00... Low and behold within a couple weeks 1 of my earrings fell out. I was bummed but oh well I was thinking I'll just get it replaced. Well before I could get it replaced another came out.... and long story short literally within 2 months I had not 1 earring in my ear. Im not sure what's up with this jewelry because I've had my original piercings for over 10 yrs and they never came out on their own. The jewelry is too expensive to be coming out. I tried to call but yall don't have a line to speak with store reps so I counted it as a loss, until the other day when my daughter was like "MOM WHERE'S ALL OF YOUR EARRINGS" I told her what happened and she was like you paid too much, you need to inform them. So here I am. It's been some months but I'm still bummed out on the money I lost and the esthetically pleasing look I was going for

- MHMeghan HoffmanAug 6, 20251.0Do not recommend them for industrial piercings. They did a fine job with another piercing but they really caused a lot of issues with my industrial. They confirmed I have the correct anatomy, the piercer saying he needed to do it ‘a little different’ to accommodate to my ear. He pierced the top of the bar so low it was actually connected to the side of my head, closer to where your side burn is. On top of this I wasn’t bleeding when I left, but when I got home an absurd amount of blood came from both sides of my piercings. So much so it was hardening by the time I got home and was black. I’m lucky enough to have nurse friends who had to dig behind the bar to get the clotted blood out. Tried calling studs because I was concerned but they don’t have a direct number to the store. Staff is friendly, piercing prices are fine as long as they do a great job, but this was $200 wasted. Since then i’ve had to take the piercing out because it was causing pain where my sideburn is on my face, despite me using their store brand saline, the pain expanding and most likely bordered infection. Just be careful with this place!

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate teen walk-in appointments at this studio. The only way to schedule a teen appointment is to book online at Studs.com! However, we do take walk-ins for those 18 and over.
