Layla was the artist who worked with her, and she was truly fantastic. From the moment we sat down, Layla was kind, patient, and so genuinely encouraging. She made my daughter feel comfortable, confident, and completely seen. This wasn’t just a makeover. Layla took the time to explain each step, why she chose certain products, and how my daughter could recreate the look on her own. She empowered her instead of overwhelming her, which as a mom, meant everything. Watching my daughter light up and gain confidence right in front of me was priceless. My daughter walked out glowing—not just because of the makeup, but because of the experience. This gift turned into a core memory. Sephora nailed it today, and we will absolutely be back.

I was SO excited to shop at this location as it’s closer to my home than the Green Hills & Opry Mills location & I simply LOVE Sephora. A friend & myself walked over from our workout facility to pickup a curbside order & we were RACIALLY profiled the minute we stepped in. The Sephora employee whispered into her headset “watch out for those two as they fit the profile of people who like to steal perfume.” This statement was completely unprofessional & disheartening to hear. We simply had on workout attire & Stanley’s in our hand. Who knew being an African American woman wanting to pick up PRE-PAID makeup products would be a problem. Save your money & go to a location where your business is respected & appreciated. SMH.
