  I had a disappointing experience at this Sephora location due to the behavior of the cashier, Maya. She seemed visibly put off by having to ring me up, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service is a major part of the retail industry, and this experience fell well below what I expect from Sephora. If someone is unwilling or unable to provide basic, courteous service, this may not be the right role for them.

  During a visit today, a Sephora employee yelled at my sister and her husband while their toddler was present. This created a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation, especially since they were visiting from out of town. I wasn’t there for the entire interaction, but regardless, yelling at customers—particularly with a child present—is completely unprofessional. As someone who is from this area, I was disappointed that this was the impression left. I hope management addresses this, as it does not reflect the standard of service Sephora should represent.

  In Nashville for work and needed some concealer. Walked in and Cesar took great care of me. Taught me a few tricks with my eyeshadow as well and I feel so much better!

  Lynn seriously saved an entire wedding! Long story short is i’m a groomsman in this wedding. No joke the make up gal for the bride ran off with one of the other groomsman and is nowhere to be found. i’m somehow the one they picked to go get what she needed and Lynn was so helpful and soooo cool!
