  Love all Sephoras and this one was great. Had a few of the skin care items I could not find locally.

  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at the store today, which made me feel unwelcome and judged based on my appearance. The staff's demeanor was off-putting, and their body language indicated they were monitoring me due to preconceived notions. Given my recent challenging week with my child in the ICU and my need for some personal time, I had been looking forward to a positive experience. Instead, their behavior made me feel like an outsider. Despite spending two hours in the store, I only made a few purchases, including moisturizer and primer, as an act of self-care. While the experience was disheartening, I am choosing to view it as an opportunity to practice resilience and kindness. Regrettably, the male employee's behavior was particularly unprofessional, displaying a noticeable disdain towards me. His actions, including cutting me off and rolling his eyes, were unwarranted. Despite this, I remain optimistic about the potential for positive change. I had not intended to make additional purchases, but I did so to improve my mood after the terrible service. The only worker who tried to act like she wanted to help was named Taylor even then her presents wasn’t warm and inviting. They were more of hurry up and get what you need and get out like I was stuck in between some foundations and she didn’t want to help me with any of them. She was just want me to go with the first one! Do better Sephora we are all grown and we are adults and let’s treat everybody with compassion and kindness because you never know what someone is going through! I even mention to her that my child is in ICU and it’s been a rough week! I was trying to have a conversation and I couldn’t even get the words out. I was stumbling over my words I was having a hard time and all I wanted was some help some help to get some make-up and I couldn’t even get that.

  During a visit today, a Sephora employee yelled at my sister and her husband while their toddler was present. This created a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation, especially since they were visiting from out of town. I wasn’t there for the entire interaction, but regardless, yelling at customers—particularly with a child present—is completely unprofessional. As someone who is from this area, I was disappointed that this was the impression left. I hope management addresses this, as it does not reflect the standard of service Sephora should represent.

  Clean, well organized store with staff that went above and beyond to help (Caesar in particular)!
