  Older blonde cashier is really rude and feels like everyone is waiting for someone to steal the way they're on people but at least the people out on the floor seem nice

  Manager or whatever she was, was absolutely awful! Would not let me redeem my cologne coupon that was completely valid, and made me feel completely stupid and laughed at me. Coupon used at another Sephora no problem. Had a horrific attitude as soon as I mentioned I had a coupon. Horrible customer service, almost as if she didn’t want to help because of skin color. Absolutely ridiculous. New manager needed asap. Will not be coming back

  literally the sweetest and most helpful sephora employees i’ve ever encountered! i think everyone in there ended up helping us with something! they were all also very knowledgeable about the brands and products which was great! such a great experience overall 💕

  Jullian (I hope I spelled that right!) was the absolute best help I’ve ever had at any Sephora. She was professional, passionate and personal. She genuinely wanted to help me find my two lip colors day and night look. She made it fun and she stopped at nothing to keep going to the back to find the colors she dreamt of for me if they weren’t on the shelf (she picked the hottest trend). It was great! Thanks girl!
