    We went in for our New Years shopping and all but one staff were very fantastic and helpful. They were able to get the products that we could not find on the shelf. We were looking for a specific blush color and was not able to find it. We noticed that all the staff were busy so we went ahead and opened the bottom drawer to look for the color (maybe we should not have done that but we were short on time). We were able to get the attention of a staff (I was still checking the bottom drawer). The dude walked over and kicked the drawer closed while I WAS still checking WHILE he was looking through his Ipad. Dude had grey hair, beard with blue eyes. Again, maybe we are not allowed to check the bottom drawer but that is NOT how you treat PEOPLE let alone a customer. Totally unacceptable. 5 stars for the rest of the team, zero star for him, will not spend a penny on this location again.

    Weren’t greeted, had to find someone to ask for help and they didn’t really want to help. Would expect better from Sephora as all others are friendly.
