Scheduled two 30 minute and one 45 minute makeup session for my daughter’s 21st birthday visit to Nashville. The ladies here were very nice. They did great work, were engaging, professional, and a delight to work with. We range in age and makeup experience, one newbie, but all three loved the experience.

- LLloleetaMar 9, 20253.0I’d say this store is just alright, went in there about a month ago and the workers are very… stand off-ish and not like mac workers of the past, one actually complained about a previous customer to me. Plus Mac doesn’t make employees pass courses with different levels of makeup application anymore. now mac employees are taught to be salespeople not makeup artists. So I wouldn’t expect high quality information coming from these people they hire ANYONE nowadays. Lastly this isn’t a pro store so it doesn’t have everything which is stupid cause it’s the only MAC standalone store in middle tennesee. Hope they make it a pro store eventually.
