She proceeds to trim barely anything off after I asked for 1.5 in to come off. so she trimmed some more , and more , and apparently more . She did not grasp the concept of face frame at all. I had removed my glasses per her request and I can't see to well without them, well let me tell you she took at least 4 in off, there was no style at all I look like I have a cut good for an 8 yr old ( I am 57) barely past my ears , it was just below my shoulders when I walked in. I am mortified. The absolute worst experience , customer service I have endured in a long time. I will never return to a Great Clips salon again.

- HFHaydar FrangoulAug 16, 20251.0Just to start I have very little hair and I only go to get it clipped with number 0.5 guard (so Very simple haircut) I have been coming to this location since it opened and I have great experience except with one stylist who spends less than 5 min and when I go home I have to run over it again. I try to avoid her but today they had 2 people working and the other stylist was in the middle of talking about her personal life and divorce and I knew it is going to take 30 min if I wanted to wait for her. I had the same terrible experience, <5 min in the chair and when I asked to please run over it one more time she said no need. I go home and I have to trim some areas myself. lesson learned I should have left. Other times it is 5 stars all the way!
