There was no one else waiting for a haircut however more people came in and were called before my mom. After waiting 30 minutes I said to the employees that it was ridiculous to call them before us even if they made an appointment since they were not there when we arrived. The "blond" employee in the last bay screamed at us and said that if we wanted attention we should have made appointments. Why do you advertise "walk ins welcome"? I will never visit your location again. How dare your employees to be so rude .

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
