  Went in for a shampoo and blow-dry -- in Nashville only for the weekend. Ava was very nice; surprised she didn't ask me how I liked my hair styled, although she did ask at the end if I would like curls. Outcome was OK.

  Kathleen is wonderful! She treats me very individually with my hair concerns. She is so knowledgeable and artistic and I always leave feeling like my hair is healthier and pretty! Not to mention she is kind and fun and just a sweetheart!

  I scheduled my hair appointment with Summer one month in advance. At the time of booking online, the total price for color and haircut was listed as $260. During the week of the appointment, I received a “contract” stating $330. When I arrived, I was told the total would be $350, and in the end, I was charged $430. I would not have minded paying even $1,000 if the service had been delivered as requested, or at least something close to what I asked for. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I left the salon in tears. No postpartum woman deserves to go through an experience like this. I went in hoping to leave feeling confident and loving myself, and now I can barely look at myself in the mirror. What I asked for was a blonde color with brighter front pieces and lighter ends, in a champagne tone. What I got is barely noticeable, with a golden tone very similar to my natural hair color — completely different from what I showed in the reference photos. The front pieces are lighter, but uneven and patchy. When I expressed that I was unhappy with the result, I was told I would need to come back in 8 weeks and book another appointment with more time — meaning I would likely have to pay another $500 or more to fix something that was not done correctly in the first place. I will be attaching photos of what I asked for and how my hair actually turned out. I do not recommend this place.

  Kate is the best!! She’s lovely to talk to and has an eye for color. I’ve been more adventurous with my hair since finding her because she’s made me feel comfortable enough to step out of my comfort zone. Love her!

  I made my appt 10 days beforehand for a pixie cut. The service said there would be a 15 min consult. I was seated in the chair about 10 min after my appt began ( no big deal), but then isat there waiting for another 10 min while she finished foil wrapping color ( well, okay, hope this is worth the wait). Three service was to include a consult. I got "What are you thinking?" Started to tell her & her assistant interrupted us w/ a question. Got the stylist's attention back again and showed her a picture (same one i uploaded that i guess she didn't get a chance to look at) but she wasn't too interested this time either. She started cutting but got interrupted again & stepped away from me. Came back & stepped away again. Washed my hair & stepped away again. Cutting more & then stepped away again. She intimated she was done, but i didn't like it. She tried a little more & said "I think product will he your friend". $90 for a cut...i just expected a little more. Won't be back.
