  I was thrilled to visit the Diptyque boutique in Green Hills Mall on my most recent trip to Nashville! When you enter the store, it feels like walking through a portal into calm, curated luxury. Both consultants were outstanding and easy to talk to, with an excellent knowledge of both Diptyque and fragrance in general. They collaborated to select 3 samples with my purchase, each of which I loved! I cannot wait to come back when I am down again soon.

  We had an amazing experience today at Diptyque, the store is very aesthetic and the range of fragrances and smells are so good! Noemi was extremely helpful and her hospitality was excellent. She handled all of our requests with great professionalism, and was able to provide us with personalization and extra care for the products we bought. Special shout out to Jess, who supported us very diligently throughout our experience. Full marks to the store, products and the people who run it!

  Noemi was so kind and helpful! It was my first time visiting Nashville and she gave me some recommendations on what to visit. She helped me decide what fragrance to purchase and made my shopping experience so much better!

  Loved our experience and the customer service offered at this location. We worked with Kenny who provided us a luxe experience choosing our weddings scents. He was very detailed and knowledgeable about each scent.
