- LBL B2 days ago5.0I visited Sephora and was absolutely WOWED by Talarria. While I’m not certain if she’s a Sephora employee or brand representative, she embodied Charlotte Tilbury and Sephora as both a brand and a vibe in the best possible way. I originally came in for a YSL mascara and left with a Charlotte Tilbury mascara—and a full basket of CT products. That alone says everything. Her knowledge, presence, and attitude were exceptional; she was an absolute delight from start to finish. Talarria sets the gold standard for sales, training, and brand representation. She has that rare ability to make you feel confident in every recommendation, and I would trust her to guide any purchase. Truly, I’d buy anything from her. Well done—I sincerely hope she’s recognized for the star she is. * If she is a visiting rep I would love for the Mboro resident Management team to embody a bit more of her kindness and knowledge in products and customer interaction.
- LKLisa KMar 30, 20262.0I went to Sephora today (my 55th bday) to buy a Dior concealer and hopefully get advice on how exactly to apply it to best help my under eye area. I had to look around for the Dior section and I noticed 2 employees talking to each other. Nobody approached me, asked me if I needed anything, nothing. I spent time trying to decide which concealer to buy (still don't know if I chose the right one), hoping the employees would stop talking so I could ask for help or even better, was hoping someone would ask me if I needed anything. That never happened. I bought the concealer and guess I will watch a You Tube video on the best way to apply it. On my way out of the store, the two employees were still huddled in an aisle talking. Sephora used to have such great customer service, but this Murfreesboro location is disappointing every time I go in there. So that will be the last time. I'm more sad than mad because I really could have used some help today.
