She educated me on the needs of my hair and how we could achieve those goals together . she kept me informed every step and I left feeling beautiful and confident. My hair looks so healthy and my color more vibrant. I highly recommend their salon especially Cecilia.

She had good intentions on trying to do my hair, but she's not experience on black women hair. I asked the receptionist if she was experienced and she asked the hairstylist and she stated that she was experienced in all hair types. I have an perm that I permed last Wednesday. The hairstylist perceived to doing my hair. I received wash and set my hair is super nappy and the products she used on my hair when I asked the hairstylist was those products for my hair she said yes. I still was charged $40 for nappy hair. Am very unsatisfied and I cried when she was combining out my hair after she taking out the rollers. The stylist didnt know I was sharing tears regarding my hair, but the receptionist saw me and she began to help the stylist to straightening out my hair. The stylist did an horrible job on my hair.
