We were assisted by this lady with black hair , probably Asian, I let her know my son has a problem with the hair clipper vibration and that he was going to cry but we always get it done that way. Her attitude immediately changed and refuse to even TRY to cut his hair. I’m not a fan of great clips either way but this definitely made me never wanting to go back there.

I have a lot of hair if you don’t know how to cut curly hair or thin curly hair you should say that you don’t there was 3 to 4 inches on the floor Now because my curly hair is drying and shrinking up. It’s above my shoulders. I hate it this way I don’t understand why people don’t listen. Re blame great clips I knew probably what I was getting when I went there it’s why I usually have to pay much more money but all I wanted was a shampoo because of my injured arm and a little bit of thinning in the back and behind my ears. i’ve been doing this for years. I know exactly how my hair works and I’m just really disappointed in how short it is and actually still feels very thick on those places again. I’m not necessarily blaming great clips. I don’t believe that they are trained to deal with difficult heads of hair, but if you don’t know how to cut someone’s hair and you’re not willing to listen you should just say no. I keep the length because I need to put it back in a ponytail while I work and now I have the most ridiculous looking ponytail because it’s just a blob of hair with no length anymore. Live and learn, I will go to a stylist next time someone who listens to what I say, I’m 62 I’m 62 years old. I know my hair.
