- LDLauren DawsonJul 26, 20251.0Took myself & 4 year old to get hair cuts. my 4 year old asked the stylist for a french braid while she was sitting in the chair. i said yes sure ! not thinking it would be a big deal. i go to pay for services & she charged me $50 dollars for 2 french braids on each side of my little girls head. i am sick about this, the braids were loose & frizzy too. she never mentioned i would be upcharged $50 or i would have said heck no. and to make things worse i realized when i got home that my hair was BUTCHERED. i had long hair past my boobs & asked for a shoulder length cut. tell me why she cut it way above me shoulders it’s SO SHORT. and super uneven. please see photos. i am currently waiting on a call back from the GM of the salon. i called the manager and she was not very friendly with me. will never return to this company.
