I had a very pleasant experience at Sephora recently. I took my mom, who is elderly to pick out a few items. We were immediately greeted by Amanda, who eagerly assisted us. She was very patient and kind, and knowledgeable about the products. She made every effort to ensure that my mom was satisfied with the items that were selected. I usually shop at the Sephora in west Nashville, but I will definitely return to this location!

The atmosphere is always off. Im never welcomed when I come in. No one ever asks if I need help. As a black women I never feel welcomed or comfortable at this location

The girls that work here are always so sweet. A few months ago, a lady named Riri helped me color match which I’ve always struggled with and was so great. The last time I was there Friday, the girls were always so helpful and kind.

Let me start off by saying I love sephora. Yall have gotten so much of my hard earned money. I've called and visited this location a variety of times and the employees are not friendly. There is always a line with 1 person at the counter. Providence is always busy so I understand but the customer service is not there. You guys should train your employees to act like they want to be there. I dont like ulta so I will continue to buy from you all but only online. Because I've been doing this but I have to keep returning things because they are the wrong shade. I won't even go here to do a return even though i live 5 minutes away. I pack it up and ship it back everytime which i shouldnt have to do. I am a VIB member and I always have been but I shouldnt have to shop online due to in person experiences.They are still not helpful or friendly. I just wanted to let you all know that maybe your employees need additional training on customer service.
