Let me start off by saying I love sephora. Yall have gotten so much of my hard earned money. I've called and visited this location a variety of times and the employees are not friendly. There is always a line with 1 person at the counter. Providence is always busy so I understand but the customer service is not there. You guys should train your employees to act like they want to be there. I dont like ulta so I will continue to buy from you all but only online. Because I've been doing this but I have to keep returning things because they are the wrong shade. I won't even go here to do a return even though i live 5 minutes away. I pack it up and ship it back everytime which i shouldnt have to do. I am a VIB member and I always have been but I shouldnt have to shop online due to in person experiences.They are still not helpful or friendly. I just wanted to let you all know that maybe your employees need additional training on customer service.

My 13 year-old daughter wanted to get a couple of other things for my wife for Christmas. She said dad would you mind taking me to Sephora? Who can say no to that? I asked her if she knew what she was going to look for and she said she had a few things in mind. The shopping experience itself was phenomenal. I wish I knew the young ladies’s name who assisted my daughter. But she listened to my daughter‘s ideas about what she wanted to get for mom and also allowed her to ask questions. My daughter was able to get a few things for mom and she was really happy. She commented herself on how nice the girl that helped her was. The whole experience took about 15 minutes and my daughter was thrilled. Therefore, I am thrilled as well. Hopefully it’ll be a trifecta and mom will be happy as well. I would really like to recognize the associate that helped her, but I can’t figure it out from the receipt.

Outstanding experience! I’m a minimalist with my makeup routine but always want to look like I spent hours, and Resha understood the assignment. She took the time to help match my foundation for the winter, and select a new contour/highlight kit.
She gave me some tips on how to apply my new products and even sent me home with some samples to ensure I like the product before I make the investment.
