Despite this being such an important offering to this business, the cryo machine has been broken for OVER 3 WEEKS, with no sign of it being resolved anytime soon. Cryo is the main thing I wanted from my membership and I'm being denied access to what I paid for. Every time I inquire about when it will be working again, they give some lame excuse about not being able to find anyone to work on it. Seriously!? If I ran this business I'd be calling every cryo expert I could find in Tennessee and the surrounding 8 states, and if I had to, replace the whole unit entirely. This review will probably go nowhere so I'll be filing a BBB complaint, as well to any other regulatory agency I can find regarding denial of services paid for.
