So im going to give them 2 stars instead of one because genuinely there are some good barbers, but the one i had today i don’t remember her name but she absolutely ruined my hair and gave lots of attitude when i asked her to do something. We are paying them for their service and I feel that I have the right to tell her what to do with MY body and I also said it very respectfully. So now i have school in two days and i don’t know what to do. I hope it comes to the stores attention that some of the barbers need to be better trained and also make sure they aren’t disrespectful to clients especially since WE are paying for the service they give. I will not be coming back to any greatclips ever again because repeatedly over the past couple of years I’ve been getting bad cuts from this specific location and this is the final straw. I truly gave greatclips many chances, but they never provided.
