The person before me that had their haircut by Karen took about two minutes and I knew if I was next in line, I was the next victim. She blew through my haircut like she was trying to escape from a burning building. I never asked for my sideburns to be shaved off and I knew after she did the first one I would have to have the other one done. She tried to complete a blend on a number three which basically was a straight line. No respect for somebody’s hair. Just in it to make the money and blow through clients as fast as she can. This is a bad representation of Great Clips. Avoid Karen.
