- JDJana DavisMar 27, 20261.0I went and showed the girl the picture asked her if she could do it like that she said yes so I let her cut my hair cuz it's not that hard just to straight pixie cut I also told her that my hair goes to the side you could see the part and that I leave the bangs lower on that side that's the side she cut higher and even though I didn't leave with it styled I still don't even know if I'll be able to I shouldn't have paid although I did cuz I didn't want to deal with cops I even gave her a $5 tip because I do for everybody but I'm very upset and probably will never return

I even threw away the receipt so I didn't have her name,, I'm thinking it was Marcie was the name, though on the receipt even with me spelling my name for her she still misspelled Phoenix. She refused to cut my hair the way I asked, she had no presence and was dramatically rude when I tried to communicate with her to a point I actually began to cry and say I shouldn't feel uncomfortable with telling you how I want my hair cut!!! She somewhat became present vs just doing what I was asking for! She said I'll texture it when I asked her layering,, and when I started to address that she went on this spill about blah blah blah on how what she did was great🫤🤨👺, at that point I knew her and the other associate waiting for her to finish for then to lock up and leave, where no where willing to give me what I was asking and paying for. I just gave up and went home to cut my bangs that I asked for, a sliver of a size of one finger was her version of bangs,, today I'm speaking up about her. If you go there and she's available, just pass or come back for someone else. Maybe she just doesn't have the skills to layer, she sure didn't do ONE THING I ASKED.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
