- PMPamela MccormickFeb 13, 20261.0I went to this store today for a wash and cut. My instructions were simple I thought, same cut as i have just take off 3-4 inches. I had two large long layers that were chopped style which gave my hair more body and looked cute. he cut the 4 inches, then proceeded to cut 4 more inches off the second layer, even i could tell the TWO layers I had were not that far apart. then he proceeded to do smaller layers and texturize my hair all the way down! i do not texturize my hair as it makes my hair frizzy and causes ends to split very quickly, i never ask him to do this or i would have said NO. I didn't blow dry my hair, so i left with hair wet and before i even got back to where i was headed i noticed in mirror it was so frizzy and choppy looking all over!!!!!! he ruined my hair, a little mees up i can deal with but he really screwed it up!! 34$ wasted! I am supposed to attend a Valentines banquet Sunday and church tomorrow. My hair is so bad!!!!!
