Maybe you guys shouldn't be in such a hurry and actually pay attention to who is in front of you instead of your next person (a returning client at that) wish I asked for a different person maybe it would have been better!! Probably won't return I gotta work hard to get my hair to grow back to long again so thanks for that

After walking out of the shop and getting into the car , I examined her hair and found it was uneven and chopped up. I confronted the barber about smoking BUD in his bathroom and cutting My daughter's hair and pointed out that her hair was uneven, but he called me a racist. There was hair hanging where the barber didn't take his time and rushed. So I left because I didn't want any confrontation , so I was the adult and left . As a father, I want the best for my daughter. When I got home, I became extremely upset about it, and my daughter became extremely upset, on the verge of tears. So I contacted Great Clips, explained the situation, and they instructed me to bring her in and they would take care of her. The Great Clips team demonstrated their expertise, transforming my daughter's uneven and poorly cut hair into a beautiful, even style. The stylists exceeded expectations, taking the time to make my daughter feel confident and valued. They commented on how beautiful my daughter was and made her smile.
