- KFKhari FletcherMar 31, 20265.0On a Sunday stroll though the mall I stopped in forgetting it was still my birthday month. The new Kayali perfumes are displayed at the front and that lured me in. After smelling I went to the side to browse all the perfumes. I wanted the travel sized one to fit in my v small purse. Brandy came over scanned the product and was able to see they had some in stock not on the shelf. She located the perfume I wanted almost immediately. I love visiting a store where the employees are friendly and helpful! I normally shop Ulta due to accessibility but I’m a sucker for good customer service so I will be returning for my next purchase!

I specifically placed a delivery order because I need the makeup FIRST THING tomorrow morning. Now I will not have what I need- I am beyond frustrated and angry. This is completely unacceptable, and I won't be buying from this store again. I will buy from Ulta instead in the future. What is the point of having same day delivery and PAYING for that service only to not receive it??
