He informed me of several other Tatcha products that I could use as well and WOW! I am absolutely in love with the Tatcha Serum and the Dewy Milk Moisturizer because of John! If he hadn’t told me all about them and what they do I would have never purchased them. He was so knowledgeable and yes they were super pricey but worth every penny! Thank you John for assisting me! You’re the best!

Whoever suggested to him to get a BALM in replacement for a POWDER highlighter should be educated in medium and finish. Now I have to return and order it myself when this was a birthday gift for me so I didn’t have to get it. First world problem for sure. But powder and balm are wildly different and should never be treated as interchangeable. The product I wanted was Mario Master Crystal Reflector and what my bf was told to get was Danessa Myricks Dew Wet Balm. Not similar at all in my opinion
