    It wasn't a relaxed and enjoyable shopping trip in here like I had hoped it would be. I couldn’t take my time and look, without having the employees standing over my shoulder or continuously asking if I need help or if i’m looking for anything specific. Don’t get me wrong, everyone was kind, but after answering the same question more than three times within minutes apart is a bit much. I will say the young lady who checked me out was so nice!

    I just want to say a huge thank you to John, the sales associate that enhanced my skincare routine. I love Tatcha and primarily use their dewy skin cream. He informed me of several other Tatcha products that I could use as well and WOW! I am absolutely in love with the Tatcha Serum and the Dewy Milk Moisturizer because of John! If he hadn’t told me all about them and what they do I would have never purchased them. He was so knowledgeable and yes they were super pricey but worth every penny! Thank you John for assisting me! You’re the best!

    Sent my bf to get something specific. They apparently don’t sell it in store anymore just online. Whoever suggested to him to get a BALM in replacement for a POWDER highlighter should be educated in medium and finish. Now I have to return and order it myself when this was a birthday gift for me so I didn’t have to get it. First world problem for sure. But powder and balm are wildly different and should never be treated as interchangeable. The product I wanted was Mario Master Crystal Reflector and what my bf was told to get was Danessa Myricks Dew Wet Balm. Not similar at all in my opinion

    I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer for over 15 years, but after my recent experience, I won’t be shopping here again. In August, I went into the store in Knoxville, TN (West Town Mall) to repurchase the Charlotte Tilbury Tan Bronzer in shade 3 — a product I’ve used before and had just run out of. They were sold out in-store, so I brought the tester up to show the associate exactly what I needed. She assured me she could order it for me, which she did. When the product arrived, I was out of town for work for a month and couldn’t pick it up immediately. Upon returning, I saw that the bronzer they ordered was not what I had asked for or showed the associate. Still, I wasn’t too worried since the associate told me I had 60 days to return or exchange it. When I returned to the store — just 40 days after the order — they informed me that their policy had changed and they couldn’t take it back. I then reached out to customer service, explained everything in detail, and was told they still wouldn’t help me — not even an exchange — even though the wrong product was ordered by their own associate, and it was completely unopened and brand new. I’m honestly appalled at the lack of customer care. For a company that prides itself on service and experience, this was a major letdown. You would think such a big brand could do more — especially when the mistake was on their end. It’s bad business to treat long-time customers like this over such a simple issue. Sephora has lost my trust, and with it, my business. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
