- LDLinda DempseyNov 29, 20251.0Worst experience ever. First they needed a sign stating you have to be licensed to shop there. Very humiliating. Second, nothing is really priced. When I ask the girl how do you find out the prices. She said well I guess you just bring them up to the register and I can check. I heard another lady ask what is on sale. She said it will have a sign in front of it. The the lady ask about a particular product. She said she didn't know what was really on sale. I am not saying she was rude but she was definitely not going to leave the register to assist the lady. I was about ready to spend $150.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
