- RFRawan FerwanahOct 19, 20211.0i went in there and asked for a balayage. i even showed the lady(whose name is sandy) a picture of what i wanted. she apparently came up with em something else in her mind to do for me! i have black hair and all she did was put blonde highlights in it! and she didn’t even put enough toner in it so it looked green. went back the next day and got into an argument with sandy about my hair and they told me that they wouldn't change it or give me my money back, they said they would just die it back to my natural color again like how i originally had it. $200+ down the drain. i highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone who wants to get their hair done nicely or someone who wants good customer service because, you won’t get it here.
