When my boyfriend asked her is that the haircut it says on file she started to say "no but I figured I would" and he cut her off and said politely "no we always get the cut that is on file" which they always asked if that is what he wants when we go to get haircuts. After the hair was fixed she had an attitude about the situation and kept shaking her head like she was upset. That is very rude to just cut someone's hair how you want to do it and not how the customer wants it. Thats just not how it works. He called the number on the receipt to make a complaint which he wasn't even going to do until she wanted to keep shaking her head about the situation. When he called the number he basically got treated like it was some kind of joke. Again no complaint or bad review was going to be made until she wanted to shake her head over and over very rudely. We have been going to this great clips on millertown pike for years and will not be returning.
