I had 3 boys with me and there was only two stylist in the store. Anyway, they was quickly in the chair obviously and about finished up with each boys haircut and I had my 3 yr old boy and they proceeded to tell me since two other customers walked in and I had to wait till after they seen those two customers before they could cut the third boys’s hair which was ridiculous. I checked in online for 3 people. I originally stated when I got in there that My little boy may or may not actually get his haircut I was testing the waters with him. It just really pissed me off that we was the only client in the building and I signed in with three people, and just because I came in and gave her two names to put them in the chair. I had to wait till after other customers came in to get my other child’s hair done. Insane. I’ll never go back to great clips again. Worst customer service ever from Kim.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
