Typically, the stylist reviews my info card at the start of our appointment, listens to my request, and follows through. Last Friday, the stylist did not reference my card; however, I prompted the stylist, telling her that I wanted a trim (as per usual), specifically 1.5 inches off the bottom with the same long layers I had. I do not know what happened between my request and her scissors. I lost at least four inches from my overall length and five to six inches on the layers she created. I have been extremely unhappy with this cut because I cannot get it out of my face without using a bobby pin, and it is FAR shorter than I requested. My complaint is that she did not listen to me. It will be eight months before the layers around my face can be pulled back into a ponytail, and my hair length will be back to normal. In the stylist's defense, this would have been a good haircut if it was what I wanted.

Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
